It seems as if there’s always a new study that takes something that we once thought was good, and turns it bad. Why doesn’t it work the other way too??
Imagine……new studies on sugar show that daily consumption will help eliminate cancer and you will live longer. Its contribution to obesity and diseases like diabetes is minimal and is actually enhanced when paired with a diet full of fruits and vegetables.
I don’t even like sugar like that, I’m just sayings. It would be nice….
